Jackie Aina sure knows how to keep a secret.

The beauty influencer’s Instagram page is chock full of photos of her flawless makeup lewks but what many of her 1.3 million followers didn’t realize is that many of those looks—dating back as early as a year ago—were created using a palette she designed for her newest collaboration: Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie teamed up with Anastasia Beverly Hills to launch a colorful eyeshadow palette.

Starting today, very limited quantities of Jackie Aina’s ABH palette will be available for purchase on Jackie’s Instagram via Instagram Checkout before it officially launches on anastasiabeverlyhills.com on August 6. Then, the palette will be available online and in-store on August 15 (domestic) and August 16 (international). Aina’s palette will sell up until January 2020.

“I was always a massive fan of the quality of ABH shadow palettes because the pigmentation and color pay off is awesome. As someone with darker skin, sometimes I really find myself layering and building up the shadows just to get them to show up on me—with ABH I don’t have that problem,” she says. Her other favorite products include Brow Wiz, the lip glosses, bronzing powders, and cream highlighters. But, even as a longtime fan of the brand’s cult-favorite eyeshadow palettes, Aina felt like there was something missing.

On Sunday August 4, Aina took to Twitter to share the announcement, writing, “finally a palette where EYE, a melanin girl, can use ALL the shades without having to make them work or skip the ashy row.” She added that while the palette can work for everyone, “it was especially made for medium/deep/dark complexions.”

Aina elaborates to ELLE.com that her palettes are “NOT ashy.” She says, ” It’s not like most palettes that are made for the majority. The palette is for everyone but my priority was making sure I chose shades that would specifically work for dark and deep-dark complexions. We almost always have to skip certain popular shades in palettes and I needed this to not be the case.”

The palette includes 14 shadows in an array of formulas from pressed pigments to foils, and shimmers in punchy names that speak to Aina’s animated personality, including “Trust Issues”—a cream shimmer, which may or may not be a nod to her favorite rapper, Drake—Big Wig, a deep matte purple, Wiggales, a dark red shimmer, and more. As for tips for using the palette? Aina shares, “a little bit goes a long way. Some of the shadows are pressed pigments and super concentrated so tread lightly and build your way up if you’re new to eyeshadow.”

This is hardly Aina’s first collaboration. The influencer has previously teamed up with Artist Couture for a collection of highlighters, designed a mini palette with E.L.F Cosmetics, and made a splash with her Too Faced collaboration last year to expand the brand’s Born This Way foundation range. “Seeing black influencers collaborate with mainstream beauty brands is still something that I would love to see more of,” she says. “I love how influencers are literally becoming the change we want to see in the industry.”
