When’s the last time you cleaned your yoga mat? It’s OK if you can’t remember because neither can I. I really didn’t put much thought into wiping down my yoga mat after a virtual session or stretching since I’m the only person who uses it and I’m using it in the comfort of my home.
But the other day, I had a moment and thought to myself that I should probably clean my mat but I had no idea what to use. Disinfecting wipes are a rare commodity right now but fortunately, I happened to watch Serena and Venus Williams’s workout, and what did they discuss? Their favorite yoga mat cleaner. I instantly looked up the brand, and I’ve officially been influenced to purchase it.
